First, you have to reserve your seat on the shuttle online after you book your flight. Second, keep your boarding pass with you. Why? Because you will need to show your boarding pass before you can board the shuttle. If you don’t have a boarding pass for your next flight, you can show your boarding pass from a previous flight. Make sure you don’t throw it away. When I was there, the airlines representative actually double checked the name on boarding pass to match with the name on the reservation list.
