Paris in pictures is a collection of photographs that bring the beauty, adventure and romantic spirit of Paris to life. Words can hardly describe how captivating Paris is. So, instead of writing about things to see and to do in Paris, I rather take you into a fascinating journey through Paris in pictures. After all, pictures worth a thousand words. The catacombs had inspired a few horror movies. So what should you expect from the place that inspired horror movies? As for me, I did have some eerie feelings when I was there. Imagine yourself walking among piles and piles of bones of death people inside this underground city of death. If you are a fainthearted, you might want to think twice before you attempt.
Do you want to see a bird’s view of Paris? Then climb the Eiffel Tower to the top to catch this amazing view. Best time is at night.
Located at the bottom of a hill in Montmarte neighborhood, Moulin Rouge is the birth place of modern can can dance.
By all mean, try the crepes when you are here. There was a food vendor in the garden who sold a scrumptious crepes.
For any shopaholics who are reading this, take a note. A couple blocks from this plaza, there is a cobble stones road between stores that sells great souvenirs.
Strolling along champs-élysées at night or at any time is a must do. This road is comparable to 5th Avenue in New York City.
Napoleon’s apartment is quite fancy. Make sure to check it out whenever you are in Paris.
